1- Devices: Devices, including mobile phones, tablets, vacuum cleaners, and any other items classified as devices, cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
2- Cellular Accessories and Other Accessories:
- Accessories sold in the showroom can be exchanged or returned within 24 working hours of the purchase, provided that the product is in its original, unused condition.
- Exceptions: Certain accessories, such as in-ear headphones or any products related to public health (e.g., items that may transmit viruses, bacteria, or germs), cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.
3- Damaged or Opened Products: Products whose boxes have been opened, damaged, or tampered with are not eligible for exchange or return, except in cases where there is a manufacturing error with the product.
4- Invoice Requirement: To process an exchange or return, the original purchase invoice must be presented to the sales employee.
